Meet our Team

Christi Southerland is the Managing Partner at Prosperity Ag, working with clients throughout the United States. With a Bachelor’s of Science from Indiana University, Christi offers over 15 years of experience in the energy and agriculture sector. With a passion for agriculture and rural communities, she enjoys helping clients find solutions and navigating them to success.

Christi is from Hamilton County, Indiana where she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, baking and loves exploring her own community.

Wren Almitra began working with Prosperity Ag in 2022. She brings to the team nearly 17 years of nonprofit work, primarily in sustainable agriculture, with 14 of those years doing grant writing and grant project management. Until recently the majority of Wren’s work has been in serving small-scale diversified farmers and women landowners implementing conservation practices in the Midwest, though more recently her portfolio has diversified as she’s worked with Prosperity’s numerous nonprofits and economic development clients.

Originally from Iowa, she now lives on the Western Slope of the Rocky Mountains in Colorado.
