Rural businesses, whether small and locally owned or industrial manufacturing, are critical to their communities. These businesses provide jobs, support local families, and spur economic development. However, so many rural communities are seeing a decline in populations and businesses. Prosperity strives to help rural businesses with a variety of grant and funding opportunities to help keep rural communities vibrant, resilient, and unique.

The following are some of the most common programs we regularly assist clients with for rural economic development programs:

  • Through this USDA grant, rural small businesses and farms are eligible for a 25% expense reimbursement for on-farm energy efficiency related projects. Learn more about the program.
