HELPING YOU GROW COMMUNITY VITALITY WHEREVER YOU CALL HOME
At Prosperity, we help communities turn their goals into reality—whether that means securing grant funding, navigating loan programs, or building strong collaborative partnerships. Our team works closely with municipalities, townships, economic boards, and developers to identify opportunities and design strategic solutions. No matter the size or scope of your project, we provide the expertise and support needed to move it forward with confidence.
Successful project proposals we’ve recently assisted with include:
New community health center in rural Indiana through $1 million from the REDLG program.
Indiana economic development projects through nearly $1 million in IRP funding, including improvements for local utilities, hospitality and a small airport.
Programs
There are several federal funding programs for Community Development projects. Below are some of the most common programs we regularly assist with:
-
Develop your rural project and help build employment opportunities through a Rural Development zero to low interest Revolving Loan Fund. Learn more about the program here.
-
Help build your area's economic development and job creation and retention through this Rural Development grant program, focused on business and community projects. Applicants will be considered under either the business opportunity or business enterprise grant. More information here.
-
Help improve economic conditions in your community and build jobs. This program provides 1 percent low-interest loans to local lenders or “intermediaries” that re-lend to businesses to improve economic conditions and create jobs in rural communities. More details here.
“Christi's guidance and support were invaluable, ensuring that our application was thorough and compelling. Thanks to her efforts, we successfully obtained the funding needed to bring this vision of a community health clinic to life.”
